Payment and Lesson Policy for Continuing Students
For continuing students, the payment policy requires paying for lesson blocks of 4, 6, or 10 sessions in advance:

Weekly Sessions: Blocks must be completed within 4, 6, or 10 consecutive working weeks.

Fortnightly Sessions: Blocks must be completed within 8, 12, or 20 weeks.

Note: Any breaks scheduled by Bradley will not count as working weeks.
Block Renewals

At the end of each block, you will receive an invoice for renewal, which will include the next invoice issuance date.

Returning students can choose their preferred block size for renewal.
Cancellations and Attendance

Cancellations with 48 Hours’ Notice: If a session is cancelled in line with the cancellation and attendance policy, its cost will be credited toward your next invoice. Your renewal date will remain unchanged.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session will be charged in full, and the session will be forfeited.
Payment Deadlines

Invoices must be paid by the due date unless you have made alternative arrangements with Bradley under exceptional circumstances.
Ending Lessons

If you decide to discontinue lessons, please provide at least 4 weeks’ notice.

Additional Fees

The cost of coaching does not cover expenses for music books, accompanist fees, or examination fees. These fees must be paid separately.

Throughout the year, BVC hosts events where students may have the opportunity to perform. These events require a participant fee to help cover the costs. Please note that due to the large number of students we work with, not everyone can participate in every event.
